According to European regulation 261/2004, passengers can obtain a minimum of € 250 once their flight is late (more than three hours).
In order to be compensated, passengers can let Air Indemnity take care of everything, the startup specialized in compensation for travelers who are victims of a delay or cancellation, proposes to recover for their benefit, the sum that they deserve from their air operator (service fees set at 30% inclusive of tax on the compensation claimed).
By confirming that their flight is eligible for compensation, travelers may receive compensation for:
250 € if the journey is less than 1500km,
400 € if it is less than 3500km,
600 € if it exceeds 3500 km.
